I purchased this mat for my grandson for his second birthday and he loves playing with it with his little cars - keeps him busy for hours! Vivi was great to work with! Initially I received the wrong mat, but Vivi replaced it promptly and was very apologetic about the mistake. I do want to mention that this item is costly to ship (roughly $28 to ship from Miami to near St. Louis, MO), so that is one reason why the price may seem high. However, if you have a little one who likes playing with cars, you'll be very happy with this product. One other thing I'll mention is that I did consider getting some customizations, but that added considerably to the cost, so just be aware of that in case you are considering changing it in any way. I did not end up getting it customized (except for my grandson's name).

it's too small and it's for a 5 year old so to say that I am completely disappointed is an understatement. you try keeping kinetic sand on a placemat
